I have a lamp that burns on regular lamp oil. Can I drop some scented oil (like from Yankee Candle) into the lamp oil to make the room smell nice?
I looked everywhere but dont where to get it..
When I grow up, I’m going to live on an island somewhere in the pacific. Obviously, I’m going to have to have a way to power my house. I’m going to use solar, wind, and hydroelectric. I’m also going to have kerosene lamps out of the blubber from beached whales (but only if they beach themselves twice). But, there’s one problem, I can’t find anything that tells me how to make kerosene out of whale blubber. HELP!

I have an old Aladdin Alacite lamp that I am rewiring and need instructions on how to rewire with TWO sockets, one in base of the lamp and the standard bulb on top. I have rewire many lamps with the standard one socket but have never tackled this type of rewire. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much for any help!
